Site Supervisor – Surfacing (ASAP Start)

We are currently recruiting for 1 experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing surfacing team with an immediate start available.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on supervisor with a strong background in surfacing works, overseeing projects across the South West and South of England.

Location
Projects are located throughout:

• Exeter
• Portsmouth
• Bristol
• Oxford
• Surrounding areas

Regular travel between sites will be required, with a company van provided.

Salary & Benefits

The Role
As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You will coordinate site teams, liaise with clients and ensure all health and safety procedures are followed.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising surfacing crews on site
• Managing programme and daily site activities
• Ensuring works are delivered safely and on schedule
• Conducting site briefings and maintaining health & safety standards
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors and management teams
• Monitoring quality and productivity throughout projects
• Completing site documentation and reports

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor within the surfacing sector
• Strong knowledge of asphalt and resin surfacing
• Valid SSSTS certificate
• Valid CSCS card
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Flexible approach to travel and working across multiple locations
