Others need help staying focused.

As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will provide support where it’s needed most, helping pupils stay engaged and learning consistently.

Key responsibilities
Support whole-class teaching
Work with small groups and individuals
Reinforce instructions and expectations
Assist with behaviour management
Support lesson transitions
Help organise classroom materials
