Site Manager – Leading Fit-Out Contractor – CAT B Office Fit-Out

Location: Digbeth, Birmingham 

The Shore Group is working with one of the UK’s leading fit-out contractors, who are seeking a Site Manager for a £13m CAT B office fit-out project in Digbeth. This scheme is the new head office for a renowned broadcasting house.

You will report day-to-day to the on-site Project Manager, with the Senior Project Manager acting as the overall No.1 on site.

Our client initially requires this individual for 1 month, starting ASAP. This is expected to move into a rolling contract, with up to 8 months’ work available on the project.

The successful candidate MUST have office fit-out experience, ideally gained with a leading fit-out contractor, as well as the following:

• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid
