Our client, a reputable and well-established independent garage in Derby, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their dedicated team.

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:

• Performing routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles
• Conducting diagnostic checks and fault finding procedures
• Inspecting vehicles for wear, damage, or faults
• Ensuring all work complies with DVSA standards
• Delivering exceptional customer service when required
• Supporting general workshop activities and repairs as needed

Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

• Level 2 or Level 3 automotive qualification preferred, but not essential
• Time-served Vehicle Technicians will also be considered
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a workshop setting
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• MOT licence desirable but not essential
• Full UK driving licence required
• Reliable, positive attitude and team-focused approach
• Own set of tools required
